Felicia began her career as a mortgage underwriter, to later be recruited for the development of underwriting software. With that transition, she continued to work in the realm of financial lending software development, furthering her expertise around both technology and lending practices. After 17 years, Felicia brought her experience and passion to the world of Real Estate, thus understanding these transactions from multiple angles. This diverse skillset, combined with her knack and demand for organization and detail, makes her equipped to help clients navigate their real estate transactions with confidence and ease.

While Louisiana may be where she was born and raised, Felicia has fallen in love with Georgia since she moved here with her husband, daughter, and twin boys. When she is not working the business, she enjoys time with the family and their rowdy but sweet German Shepherd, Tycho, while exploring the community and all it has to offer!
